My name is Ewelina and since 2021 I have been creating the Ewelina's Home Pantry brand.
The idea behind my brand is to promote raw materials from local producers and suppliers. I use locally sourced products wherever possible. My products are made with great care for the high quality and naturalness of the ingredients used in the production process. When creating my products, I take into account the individual needs of my recipients. I do not use any artificial preservatives or coloring agents.
In the kitchen, I am inspired by the flavors of my childhood, the smells of herbs and oriental spices.
I focus on the natural taste of fruit and vegetables.
I try to use packaging that are easy to recycle.
I am constantly enriching my culinary and health and safety knowledge, that my final product meets the highest standards and meets the needs of my customers.
Ewelina’s Home Pantry is a brand that enters the market,
which was created from the combination of love for nature and its gifts, and passion for creating new, unique flavours.
We attach great importance to freshness and the highest quality products,
with which we use traditional methods to prepare wholesome preserves.
All our products are hand crafted in the village of Sway, located in the heart of the New Forest.
We focus on quality, so wherever possible, our preserves are made of products from local farmers.
From January 5, 2022, we are Members of Hampshire Fare.
From March 21, 2022, we are Members of the New Forest Marque.
Also in March our Lemon, Lime & Chilli Marmalade received a Bronze Roundel on the World's Original Marmalade Awards 2022!
In March 2023 our
Lemon and Rosemary Marmalade received a Silver Roundel on the World's Original Marmalade Awards 2023!
